犀牛之星讯，5月20日消息，利星科技（874831）成功挂牌新三板。公司2023年、2024年1-7月的营业收入分别为10.42亿元、5.78亿元，归母净利润分别为1.10亿元、6310万元。

犀牛之星APP显示，利星科技是国家级专精特新"小巨人"企业，专注于石化催化剂与助剂的研发制造。公司产品矩阵覆盖钴锰系、溴系、聚酯系三大类12款核心产品，广泛应用于精对苯二甲酸（PTA）、聚酯（PET）、偏苯三酸酐（TMA）产业链，并延伸至医药中间体等精细化工领域。

专利方面，公司已取得专利21项，其中发明专利15项、实用新型专利6项。主导修订《工业用乙酸钴》等3项行业标准，PX氧化催化剂绿色制备技术获工信部重点推广，技术成果获浙江省技术发明二等奖等多项殊荣。

根据公转书披露，公司深度绑定恒逸石化、荣盛石化（维权）、恒力石化、桐昆股份四大民营炼化龙头。2024年1-7月公司前三大销售客户分别是恒逸石化、桐昆股份、恒力石化，销售额分别是1.13亿元、6986万元、6452万元。

公司持股方面，金海湾控股作为控股股东持有公司股份3000万股，占公司股本55.48%；包苏春持有公司股份1049万股，占公司股本19.4%。
