观塘安达臣道兴建中的一个私人住宅项目被揭钢筋“偷工减料”，有地盘扎铁分判商疑为减省成本，不依图则施工，并向承建商员工、顾问公司驻工地监督人员提供利市、月饼券、夜总会款待等“甜头”，换取宽松监管钢筋工程，廉政公署上周拘捕10名男子。长实集团(01113.HK) 证实，涉案工程为旗下项目，强调集团对地盘分盘商涉嫌行贿顾问公司员工高度关注。
屋宇署2024年8月接获举报，指该地盘正进行六幢住宅大楼的上盖工程当中，有部分结构的钢筋未有依照《条例》标准安装。调查涉案地盘全数6幢大厦石屎检查，均发现部分钢筋配置“严重偏离批准图则”，主力钢筋数量较批准图则平均少10%以下。屋宇署已要求相关单位做补救措施，待署方满意方可复工。
廉政公署上周拘捕10名男子，年龄介乎29至52岁，他们涉嫌行贿、受贿、串谋诈骗及使用假文件等罪，包括1名总承建商员工，5名分判商东主、经营者及员工，以及4名顾问公司工程人员。各人已获准保释候查。
廉署执行处首席调查主任郑础明以案件仍在调查为由，表示不便透露涉案者或公司名称。据了解，涉案项目为长实集团发展的安达臣道“港人首置盘”项目。长实昨回应称高度关注事件，集团支持廉署行动，以保障香港廉洁营商环境，又指集团已初步完成检视项目的工程，正与屋宇署商讨后续处理。长实称事件不涉该集团员工，无员工被捕。(hc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-21 16:25。)
