Steel Partners Holdings LP held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Limited Partners on May 23, 2025. Unitholders elected James Benenson III, Eric P. Karros, John P. McNiff, Lon Rosen, and Rory H. Tahari as independent directors to the Board of Directors. Additionally, unitholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. A proposal to amend the Company's Tenth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership to extend the provision designed to protect tax benefits of net operating loss carryforwards was also approved.
