ESR Group Ltd. has announced a disclosure of internal dealings related to its privatisation scheme, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC, a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, conducted unsolicited client facilitation transactions involving derivatives and other types of commercial paper. These dealings were made for Morgan Stanley's account, with transactions occurring on 20 May 2025 and other dates.
