智通财经APP获悉，新高教集团(02001)盘中涨近8%，截至发稿，涨4.44%，报0.94港元，成交额873.03万港元。
消息面上，新高教集团此前发布公告。海南省教育厅、海口市人民政府、斯泰恩拜斯大学资产与管理学院有限责任公司，及新高教集团旗下全资附属公司北京新高教文化发展有限公司订立学校办学合作协议，旨在于海南自由贸易港筹办一所开展本科及以上学历层次教育、具有独立法人资格的高等教育机构。
华泰证券指出，公司上半年资本开支3.93亿元，支出节奏符合全年指引。公司旗下现有学校学历提升申报工作稳步推进，并宣布将在海南合作筹办一所本科及以上学历层次的高等教育机构，进一步扩大校网。该行认为公司在学历提升的转型期基本面仍然保持稳健增长，高等学历教育收入和利润稳定性强，看好长期可持续内生增长。
