　　摩根大通行政总裁戴蒙(Jamie Dimon)于周四(2025年5月22日)在上海举行的摩根大通全球中国峰会(JPMorgan's Global China Summit)上接受彭博采访时表示，摩根大通协助推进宁德时代(03750.HK)在香港上市的决定是正确的，“若我们认为这是错误，就不会这么做(If we thought it was wrong， we wouldn't do it.)”。

　　戴蒙指，“美国政府没有制裁宁德时代”，有些人会因为各种原因不希望摩根大通参与宁德时代IPO，他们的理由或许也有道理，但“我认为应该是政府决定怎样做”。

　　戴蒙补充道，摩根大通与其他投行均就市场提出的问题，对宁德时代进行了大量尽职审查。

　　中美虽然早前达成贸易谈判，但目前关系依然紧张。戴蒙称，摩根大通仍致力于在中国长期投资，“我们是中国的长期投资者”，虽然还有很多问题令人惊讶，但“我们必须应对现有世界，而非想要的世界，我们应该继续成长”。

　　戴蒙承认，面对关税上升及国家安全等问题下，美国企业在中国以致其他地方拓展业务的压力正在增加，但中国在创新方面高速发展，加上各地投资者均持续表达对中国的兴趣，故摩根大通不会后退。

　　“企业会继续在中国发展商业，而碍于贸易谈判下，当中会有少许调整，但我相信美国政府不想离开中国，我们感受到全球政府对所有事情的压力，集团都理性地回答及服务客户。”
