智通财经APP讯，百济神州(06160)发布公告，于2025年5月21日，发行1.33亿股新股，由公司全资子公司BG NC 2, Ltd为承授人的利益持有，以履行公司根据第三份经修订及重列2016期权及激励计划(不时修订)在根据主板上市规则第17章下股东批准的计划授权限额内，向承授人授予的股权奖励。
因根据股权计划授出予公司董事的受限制股份单位获归属而发行11.4万股普通股。
