Odaily星球日报讯 纽约陪审团裁定加密货币公司 SafeMoon 前首席执行官 Braden John Karony 所有三项重罪指控成立，包括串谋诈骗美国、洗钱和电信欺诈。在为期约两周的庭审后，陪审团仅用不到一天时间便做出了裁决。Karony 被控在 SafeMoon 市值飙升期间，挪用数百万美元资金用于个人挥霍。他与前首席技术官 Thomas Smith 和平台创建者 Kyle Nagy 一同被起诉，Smith 已转为污点证人，Nagy 据报道已逃往俄罗斯。Karony 面临最高 45 年监禁。
