消息面上，5月21日，阿里影业发布公告称，拟将公司中文第二名称由阿里巴巴影业集团有限公司更改为大麦娱乐控股有限公司。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将有利于公司进一步在全娱乐生态，特别是线下娱乐市场提升其品牌的市场知名度及重塑品牌策略，同时为公司提供更相关及独特的企业形象和身份；有利于集团的未来多元化业务发展。
阿里影业2025财年业绩显示，截至2025年3月31日，公司实现收入人民币67.02亿元，同比增长33%；经调整EBITA为8.09亿元，同比增加61%。报告期内阿里影业持续推进多元化业务布局，构建优质内容矩阵，巩固票务平台优势，探索AI创新，深耕IP衍生业务，在复杂多变的的市场环境下，取得了公司全面、稳健的发展。
