智通财经APP讯，信立泰(002294.SZ)发布公告，为进一步丰富公司在慢病领域的创新产品管线，公司拟与成都国为生物医药有限公司(下称“国为生物”)签订协议，获得国为生物在研AGT-siRNA药物GW906的原料药及制剂相关知识产权、技术信息(下称“许可产品”或“GW906”)于中国市场(即大陆、台湾地区、香港及澳门特别行政区，下同)的独家许可权益，包括但不限于产品的研发、注册、生产及商业化等。
公司将根据交易进度和研发进展情况以自筹资金付款。其中，首付款及研发里程碑款总金额最高不超过1.8亿元。如该产品获批上市销售，且产品净销售额(以自然年度计)首次达到协议约定数额，公司支付销售里程碑款，销售里程碑累计最高不超过3.7亿元。同时，在协议约定期限内，公司根据年度净销售额按一定比例向国为生物支付销售提成。
本次交易后，公司将获得在研AGT-siRNA药物GW906中国市场的独家权益。若该药物能研发成功并获批上市，将有望提高患者用药依从性，为患者提供更多新的用药选择，拓展公司在心脑血管领域的创新产品线，提升核心竞争力，符合公司发展战略。
