格隆汇5月26日丨广汇宝信(01293.HK)公告，于2025年5月26日，上海开隆(公司间接全资附属公司)与北京亚璟订立开隆资产转让协议，据此，上海开隆同意出售而北京亚璟同意购买目标资产。"目标资产"指目标资产包括位于上海市闵行区虹莘路3998号的上海开隆4S经销店的机器及设备、办公设备、租赁土地上的自建建筑、翻新及改造工程。
为进一步优化集团的生产及经营布局及统筹资源运用，集团拟向北京亚璟出售目标资产。出售目标资产将有利于集团有效利用资源及进一步变现。开隆资产转让协议的条款及其项下订明的代价乃由订约方通过公平磋商而达致。
