5月26日，多支地产股价格上涨，其中远洋集团盘中涨幅6.03%，龙湖涨1.73%，万科企业涨1.39%。消息面上，近期中办、国办印发的《关于持续推进城市更新行动的意见》提到，大力实施城市更新，促进城市结构优化、功能完善、文脉赓续、品质提升，打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市。远洋在城市更新已有25年经验，累计实施面积达3000万平方米，形成拆除重建、存量盘活、社区焕新三种模式。
