　　当被问及协议细节时，特朗普强调：“企业最终控制权属于美国，否则我不会批准这项交易。”他透露多位国会议员曾施压推动交易达成。

　　投资者普遍预期协议条件将与2023年达成的共识基本一致，最终美国钢铁或将退市，股东将获得现金补偿。

　　这项交易自卷入政治漩涡后便成为华尔街最受关注的并购案。舆论担忧外资控股可能导致宾夕法尼亚州（美国钢铁总部所在地）出现就业流失，但特朗普明确表示：“这是股权投资而非全面收购，美国仍将掌握实控权。”
