智通财经APP讯，百得利控股(06909)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布，于2025年5月26日，天津百得利(公司的间接全资附属公司)与天津天宝就天宝4S经销店的租赁订立天宝租赁协议。
天宝4S经销店位于中国天津市天津自贸试验区(空港经济区)环河北路70号，包括建筑面积达12677平方米的宝马陈列室及车间，以及配套设施。
集团旨在巩固其作为中国领先豪华及超豪华汽车经销服务供应商的市场地位，并把握汽车市场机遇。董事认为天宝4S经销店位于策略性位置，可供集团扩大其目前在中国一线及二线城市经营的经销网络。集团目前正在就于天津经营天宝4S经销店向相关汽车制造商申请授权。因此，租赁天宝4S经销店符合集团扩大其汽车经销网络及品牌组合的策略。
