总部位于美国的在线券商Robinhood(HOOD.O)周三表示，已将其桌面交易平台拓展至英国，以吸引那些希望使用更复杂交易工具的散户投资者。这一产品几个月前已在美国市场首次亮相。
越来越多的散户投资者正将交易视为一条替代性的职业路径，用以积累财富、改善财务状况，而不仅仅是当作一种业余爱好。
为了满足这些投资者日益增长的需求，Robinhood等公司正推出更多以往仅面向资深交易者的功能。
相比移动应用，桌面交易平台能让用户更高效地定制操作界面，支持同时监控多个图表、实现更快速的交易操作。
Robinhood的桌面平台名为“Robinhood Legend”，于去年10月在美国推出。
今年3月，Robinhood还上线了财富管理和私人银行服务，旨在在客户的财务生活中扮演更全面的角色。
此次拓展也有望帮助公司缓解其核心交易业务周期性波动带来的影响。
“散户投资者现在对市场更加投入，对自己所投资的标的也更有思考，越来越关注新闻动态，也更加热衷于自己所持有的股票。”Robinhood英国负责人乔丹·辛克莱（Jordan Sinclair）在采访中表示。
他补充道，许多交易者逐渐意识到，相比将资金存放在低利率账户，交易能更高效地实现财务目标。
