LifeTech Scientific Corporation held its annual general meeting on 28 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved. The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, along with the reports of the directors and the independent auditor, were adopted. Additionally, Mr. XIE Yuehui and Mr. LIU Jianxiong were re-elected as executive directors.
