智通财经APP获悉，金山软件(03888)盘中一度跌超7%，截至发稿，跌6.61%，报36港元，成交额3.94亿港元。
消息面上，金山软件今日将召开董事会会议，以（其中包括）审议及批准公司及其附属公司截至2025年3月31日止三个月之未经审计业绩。第一上海此前指出，金山通过以用户为中心，坚定AI协作多屏云内容的战略，不断创新积极提升产品品质，为用户创造长久价值。考虑到游戏业务稳健发展，以及AI办公产品的加速落地，商业化进展还有待观察，给予目标价44港元。
