智通财经APP讯，硅鑫集团(08439)发布公告，于本公告日期：自2025年3月21日根据香港公司收购及合并守则规则3.7作出公告以来，公司主要股东黄学超先生与公司控股股东李玉保先生之间就黄学超先生可能出售于公司的部分或全部股权的出售事项并无任何进展。自2025年3月21日根据香港公司收购及合并守则规则3.7作出公告以来，黄学超先生与李玉保先生之间并未就出售事项进行任何沟通。截至今日，李玉保先生正在考虑潜在交易的价格。根据雅利多证券有限公司所知，黄学超先生仍在考虑出售事项。双方均无意终止出售事项，但自2025年3月14日以来彼此之间未有任何沟通;及尚未签订与出售事项有关的协议，亦无向董事会提出与出售事项有关的建议，且未有根据收购守则规则3.5作出要约的确实意图。
