智通财经APP讯，誉衡药业(002437.SZ)公告，公司与兴和制药(中国)有限公司(简称“兴和制药”)就“佩玛贝特片”(商品名：派龙达)签订《共同推广协议》。协议于2025年6月1日生效。
关于协议产品的情况，佩玛贝特片(商品名：派龙达)为全球首个新型高选择性PPARα调节剂，主要通过激活PPARα调节脂质代谢基因表达，实现降低血浆甘油三酯(TG)水平和提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的作用。
据悉，本次合作事项将丰富公司的产品管线，有望增加公司的营业收入及利润，增强公司在心脑血管领域的竞争力。
