智通财经APP讯，畅捷通(01588)发布公告，公司已收到中国证监会就公司建议实施H股全流通出具的日期为2025年5月23日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已就将10名股东持有的约5340.12万股内资股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数的16.39%，其中包括公司控股股东用友网络科技股份有限公司直接持有的2.01亿股内资股中的2813.53万股内资股，及其附属公司用友优普信息技术有限公司和北京用友幸福投资管理有限公司分别所持有的全部约1397.3万股和约100.62万股内资股)转换为H股完成向中国证监会的备案。备案通知书将自2025年5月23日起12个月内有效。公司将向联交所上市委员会申请该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
