0957 GMT - NN Group's targets to 2028 show interesting operational developments but it is hard to see any short-term excitement, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods says in a research note after the Dutch insurer's investor day. "We think that today's update will shift the focus to NN Group's European business, which is expected to be the key long-term growth engine," analyst Michele Ballatore writes. The group remained prudent in terms of capital management, keeping its annual 300 million euro buyback plan unchanged and confirming its solvency II steering, which is understandable given the current market volatility, he adds. The moderate beat to consensus is unlikely to be enough to excite investors. Shares edge down 0.3% to 53.5 euros. (elena.vardon@wsj.com)
