5月30日，宜明昂科-B盘中涨超18%，月内股价累涨超110%。
消息面上，5月22日，宜明昂科公布IMM2510中国I/II期单药治疗NSCLC等实体瘤的有效性（13例）及安全性数据（106例）。宜明昂科已于2024年12月开展针对一线驱动基因阴性NSCLC和TNBC的中国II期临床（IMM2510联合化疗），将于2025H2公布超过60例一线NSCLC患者经的初步安全性和有效性结果。
据悉，IMM2510/AXN-2510是一种PD-L1和VEGF的双特异性抗体，目前正开发用于治疗多种实体肿瘤癌症。开源证券指出，PD-(L)1/VEGF双抗作为有望迭代PD-(L)1单抗市场的下一代IO基石药物，后续与ADC/TCE等联用将持续拓宽市场空间。截至2025年5月，MNC中仅辉瑞和默沙东通过引进布局此赛道，后续随着数据的不断成熟及联合应用潜力的不断验证，中国其他早期PD-(L)1/VEGF双抗也将有机会BD出海。目前PD-(L)1/VEGF双抗赛道景气度不断提高，相关标的有望持续受益。
