智通财经APP讯，中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，公司作为买方与卖方(“易控智驾科技股份有限公司”)于2025年5月30日订立四笔资产转让协议，据此，卖方同意出售，且买方同意购买标的资产，代价分别为6000万元、6000万元、6000万元及6000万元(“资产转让交易”)。
标的资产为卖方于中国各省销售的100台无人宽体矿车。标的资产的评估值合计约人民币2.4亿元。卖方不单独核算标的资产的税前及税后利润。
资产转让协议乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立资产转让协议有利于充分发挥各方优势，有益于增加公司在矿山无人驾驶领域经营租赁市场的市场份额，符合公司业务发展战略。
