Coherent expects revenue to rise by more than 22% in fiscal 2025 and is targeting long-term double-digit revenue growth in key markets such as AI data centers.
On May 7, Coherent reported revenue growth of 26% to $4.28 billion for the first nine months of fiscal 2025 and said it expects fourth-quarter revenue between $1.425 billion and $1.575 billion.
Coherent, whose products include lasers, transceivers, switches, photodiodes, optical devices and materials, expects fiscal 2025 earnings per share to rise by 2.8 times.
Coherent said at its analyst and investor day that based on current tariff policy, it doesn't expect a significant fourth-quarter tariff impact.
The company is targeting a 10% to 15% compounded annual growth rate for the next three to four years after fiscal 2025.
Shares were recently down 2.5% to $79.20.
