Mayfield Group to Acquire Switchboard Manufacturer for AU$7 Million

Mayfield Group Holdings (ASX:MYG) signed a conditional agreement to acquire BE Switchcraft for AU$7 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal includes AU$5 million in cash and AU$2 million in Mayfield shares, the company said. It will issue 1.9 million shares at AU$1.056 each.

The acquisition is expected to be earnings-accretive and contribute positively to earnings before interest and taxes from fiscal 2026.

The company expects to complete the deal by Aug. 30.
