Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics (SHE:002079) said the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has accepted its application for a private share placement to specific investors, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The semiconductor company's proposed offering is subject to Shenzhen bourse review and final registration approval from China's securities regulator.
