6月3日，联合资信公布评级报告，深圳华侨城股份有限公司2021年面向合格投资者公开发行公司债券（第三期）信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，深圳华侨城股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）在文旅地产和主题公园运营方面仍具备一定竞争优势，公司培育的锦绣中华、世界之窗、欢乐谷、欢乐海岸等形成了较强的文旅品牌影响力，房地产项目具有一定品牌特色。2024年，公司文旅业务受高基数影响接待人次有所下降，房地产销售继续疲弱。2024年以来，公司仅新获取1宗土地，历史沉淀土地储备仍充足，但盘活压力较大，伴随一二线城市库存持续销售，未来公司房地产销售仍将承压。财务方面，公司资产规模收缩，亏损规模有所扩大，到期债务再融资压力仍大，公司个体信用表现有所下降。但考虑到公司股东对公司支持力度大、公司融资能力强等因素，公司实际偿债能力仍强。
