继小米玄戒之后 谷歌加入自研Soc阵营：基带外挂三星
快科技6月4日消息，玄戒O1是小米首款自主研发设计的3nm旗舰SoC，小米成为中国大陆首家、全球第四家能够自主研发设计3nm旗舰SoC的企业。
继小米玄戒之后，谷歌也加入了自研Soc阵营，谷歌即将在8月份发布年度旗舰Pixel 10系列，该机首发搭载谷歌Tensor G5。
曝光的Pixel 10真机显示，谷歌Tensor G5采用8核心设计，CPU由1*Cortex-X4 3.9GHz+5*Cortex-A725 3.05GHz+2*Cortex-A520 2.2GHz组成，GPU为IMG DXT-48-1536，外挂三星Exynos 5400基带，DevCheck Pro软件识别的基带型号是g5400。
资料显示，三星Exynos 5400基带是同类产品中首个在FR1频段内实现总带宽达到380兆赫兹的解决方案。
而且Exynos 5400采用1024正交振幅调制（QAM）技术，仅使用FR1就实现了高达11.2千兆比特/秒的传输速率，与FR2相比，FR1频段的信号衰减问题通常较少，通过充分利用FR1频段，调制解调器可提供更可靠、更高效的连接。
另外，Exynos 5400基带芯片基于4nm工艺制程制造，功耗更低。
