世纪娱乐国际(00959.HK) 公布，吴文新因个人工作安排，已提出辞任公司执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官、提名委员会主席及合规委员会主席职务，自5月31日起生效。
集团同时公布，将委任执行董事邓可嘉为主席兼首席执行官，同日起生效。
邓可嘉于今年3月19日获委任为集团非执行董事及于5月1日获调任为执行董事，一直从事山茶果茶籽加工及贸易、山茶油生产、品牌营运及山茶油及相关产品国内和海外销售之业务，拥有逾40年财务及管理经验，曾担任深圳中汽南方投资财务总监，亦曾于渣打银行香港及中国分行工作。(ss/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
