Opthea Limited has announced a trading suspension for its listed securities on the Australian Securities Exchange $(ASX)$ under ASX Listing Rule 17.3, as well as a halt on its American Depositary Shares on Nasdaq. The suspension is in place until Opthea can provide a market announcement clarifying its financial position amid ongoing negotiations with Development Funding Agreement investors.
