智通财经APP讯，中国创意控股(08368)发布公告，于2025年6月3日(联交所交易时段后)，公司间接非全资附属公司，中创创意娱乐有限公司(中创娱乐)与真相影业(香港)有限公司(真相影业)订立了一份合作框架协议，内容有关中创娱乐与真相影业的该潜在合作(如下定义)，但受限于个别项目正式协议的条款及条件。
根据该合作框架协议，中创娱乐与真相影业同意整合双方资源，共同就充分利用集团在中国内地的短剧资源及透过真相影业海外的发行管道和发行经验，搭建中国视频短剧出海向国际扩张的桥梁和管道，而共同意向合作开发短剧出海业务。
