Leaders of the Democratic party are reveling in the feud between President Trump and billionaire Elon Musk. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) reposted comments from Musk that claim Trump would have lost his re-election bid alongside a popcorn emoji. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries posted on X, "The GOP civil war is in full swing." In another post, he echoed Musk's comments about the tax-and-spending package being "a disgusting abomination."
"KILL THE BILL AND RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!," the Democratic Party posted on its X account. Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019, had been charged by federal prosecutors with sex trafficking.
