Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. (TEPCO HD) has announced a new energy project involving the development of a 10 MW rooftop solar power capacity in Singapore. This initiative, in collaboration with ESR Group Limited, has secured a financing agreement with Bank SinoPac for 9.5 million Singapore dollars, with the potential to increase to 35 million Singapore dollars. The project, aimed at advancing decarbonization goals and sustainable development, marks TEPCO HD's first portfolio asset project financing agreement. TEPCO plans to expand its renewable energy ventures across the Asia-Pacific region, targeting a total capacity of 100 MW in rooftop solar power facilities.
