邱梦如女士已获委任为执行董事、行政总裁及提名委员会成员;
邓维祐先生已获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的主席;
吴晨楠先生已获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;
除上文所披露之董事委员会组成变更外，现任独立非执行董事陈毅奋先生已不再担任审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的主席，但仍担任独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;
现任执行董事曾志云先生已获委任为主席兼授权代表。
