智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)发布公告，中国中铁股份有限公司2020年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第二期)(品种二)(以下简称“本期债券”)，将于2025年6月16日开始支付自2024年6月16日至2025年6月15日期间的年度利息和本期债券本金。债券简称:20铁工Y4，发行总额:人民币15亿元，首个周期的票面利率为3.99%，后续周期的票面利率调整为当期基准利率加上初始利差再加300个基点。初始利差为首个周期的票面利率减去初始基准利率。如果未来因宏观经济及政策变化等因素影响导致当期基准利率在利率重置日不可得，当期基准利率沿用利率重置之日之前一期基准利率。
