Times China Holdings Limited held its annual general meeting on 9 June 2025. During the meeting, the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, along with the reports of the directors and independent auditor, were received and adopted. Additionally, Mr. Shum Siu Hung and Mr. Niu Jimin were re-elected as executive directors. All proposals were approved.
