比推消息，纳斯达克上市的比特币 ATM 及金融科技公司 Bitcoin Depot 宣布收购比特币 ATM 运营商 Pelicoin 的资产，包括该公司在美国路易斯安那州、密西西比州、田纳西州、阿拉巴马州和德克萨斯州的自助服务终端，具体收购金额暂未披露，据悉 Pelicoin 的 ATM 网络将在未来几周内完全整合到 Bitcoin Depot 平台，所有设备都将过渡到 Bitcoin Depot 品牌。
