Choice International Bumps Up Stake in MSME-Focused Unit to 82%

Choice International (NSE:CHOICEIN, BOM:531358) acquired 9,214,585 additional equity shares in its MSME-focused subsidiary Choice Finserv, for 995.2 million Indian rupees, according to a filing with the Indian bourses on Monday.

Following the acquisition, the financial services provider's stake in Choice Finserv has increased to 82.34% from 80.60%, the filing said.
