2025年6月9日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中交第四公路工程局有限公司2022年度第二期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中交建筑集团有限公司（以下简称“中交建筑”或“公司”）在房建、公路等施工领域继续保持很强的竞争优势；项目储备充足，且业主结构和项目质量较优；股东实力雄厚且对公司支持力度大等方面的优势对公司整体信用实力提供的有力支持。同时，中诚信国际关注到2024年以来公司收入和利润水平进一步下降；经营获现能力下滑，营运资金缺口和投资支出共同推动总债务规模和财务杠杆水平上升；在手资本运营类项目规模较大，需关注相关项目后续运营及回款情况等因素对公司经营及整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中交建筑集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
