智通财经APP讯，复宏汉霖(02696)发布公告，中国证监会已于近日受理公司代表公司若干股东向中国证监会递交的关于建议实施H股全流通的备案申请，待取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会备案及联交所批准等)及符合所有适用法例、规则及条例后，公司若干非上市股份将转换为公司H股，并在联交所主板上市及买卖。公司将适时遵照内幕消息条文及/或上市规则要求就H股全流通及转换及上市的进度作出进一步公告。
