经中国证券监督管理委员会《关于核准工银瑞信基金管理有限公司变更持股5%以上股东的批复》（证监许可〔2025〕228号）核准，瑞士银行有限公司（UBS AG）成为工银瑞信基金管理有限公司持股5%以上股东。2025年6月13日，工银瑞信发布公告，已完成本次股权变更的工商变更登记。

　　根据公告，自2025年6月13日起，工银瑞信的英文名称由“ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management Co．， Ltd．”自然变更为“ICBC UBS Asset Management Co．， Ltd．”，公司英文简称由“ICBCCS”变更为“ICBCUBS”。

　　工银瑞信成立于2005年，是国有控股基金管理公司。本次少数股权变更后，公司的注册资本保持不变，中国工商银行股份有限公司仍为公司控股股东，持有公司80%股权不变；瑞士银行有限公司持有公司20%股权。

　　工银瑞信将在双方股东的支持下，继续认真落实各项监管要求，不断完善公司治理，强化核心投研能力建设，强化合规风控管理、提升服务投资者水平，努力打造一流投资机构。
