智通财经APP讯，润利海事(02682)发布公告，预期于本年度的公司拥有人应占集团未经审核溢利约为1880万港元至2080万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度的约3160万港元。
有关公司权益拥有人应占集团未经审核溢利于本年度预期的跌幅主要是由于(i)于本年度不再存在于2024年3月31日止年度确认因收购及业务合并润利(添记)海事工程有限公司及其附属公司所取得的一次性视作出售联营公司权益的收益约1190万港元;(ii)按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值收益于本年度增加约970万港元;及就收购润利(添记)股权而于本年度确认的商誉减损亏损约840万港元。尽管如此，集团预计本年度收入及毛利均取得小幅增长。
