Odaily星球日报讯 彭博社援引知情人士报道，腾讯控股有限公司正在研究收购韩国游戏公司 Nexon 的潜在交易，目前已与 Nexon 已故创始人金正宙的家族取得联系，商讨收购可能性。据悉金氏家族正在与顾问商讨并评估各种选项。 知情人士表示，目前尚不清楚 NXC 对出售 Nexon 股权的意愿程度，也不能保证腾讯的洽商会促成交易，具体交易结构也尚未最终确定。腾讯代表未回应置评请求，Nexon 和 NXC 均拒绝评论。 据悉，以《冒险岛》等角色扮演游戏闻名的 Nexon 成立于 1994 年，2011 年在日本完成当时规模最大的科技类 IPO。其东京上市股票今年已上涨超 10%，市值约 150 亿美元。腾讯曾在 2019 年尝试收购 Nexon 未果，二者曾共同开发腾讯重要的创收游戏《地下城与勇士》。
