新世界发展(00017.HK) 伙拍帝国集团、资本策略地产(00497.HK) 、丽新发展(00488.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展，黄竹坑滶晨今日开放两房连装修示范单位予传媒参观。
新世界发展营业及市务部总监何家欣表示，项目最快24小时内上载销售安排，并于周内首轮价单发售。
另外，项目已成功标售29伙面向深水湾大宅，合共套现逾15.7亿元，每伙平均成交价逾5,430万，平均呎价近3.9万元，共录5组大手富豪客。
何家欣指，滶晨会与VIA设计事务所合作，为项目39楼及以上共14个两房单位提供订制家俱。
