即使在美国关税行动全面生效之前，日本经济今年第一季度已陷入萎缩，不过萎缩幅度低于最初的估计，这支持了日本央行在不确定性加剧情况下权衡其政策路径时采取的谨慎态度。

　　日本内阁府周一表示，在截至3月份的三个月里国内生产总值（GDP）萎缩0.2%；之前的初步数据是萎缩0.7%。经济学家此前预计终值维持不变。

　　第一季个人消费增长0.1%，企业支出增长1.1%。库存为经济增长贡献了0.6个百分点，而净出口拖累了0.8个百分点。

　　修正后的数据证实，世界第四大经济体在美国总统唐纳德·特朗普4月扩大关税措施之前就陷入了萎缩。对于日本央行而言，该数据目前仍可能支持其观望态度，尤其是在上次政策会议上降低增长预测之后。
