6月15日，百济神州（688235/06160/BGNE）发布公告，2025年6月10日，公司董事会及薪酬委员会根据2016期权及激励计划的条款，向31名承授人授出可认购合共15万股美国存托股份的购股权，向9012名承授人授出涉及合共172万股美国存托股份的受限制股份单位，向30名承授人授出涉及合共14万股美国存托股份的业绩股份单位。

　　公告中提到，购股权的行使价为每股263.42美元，购股权的有效期为十年。已授出购股权将按以下方式归属：25%将在授出日期第一周年日归属，75%将在第一周年日后36个月等额分期归属。受限制股份单位的归属期为未来四年内每个周年日归属25%。业绩股份单位的归属则取决于年度总收益的表现，达到目标后将在三年后归属。

　　此次授出的受限制股份单位和业绩股份单位合计相当于公司发行股份总数的1.57%。此外，公司并未向承授人提供财务资助以协助购买股份。公告还说明了授出股份的退扣机制，若承授人的雇佣关系因故终止，未行使的购股权将失效。

　　2025年一季度，百济神州实现收入80.48亿元，归母净利润-9450万元。
