证监会首席执行官梁凤仪在2025财新夏季峰会致辞时表示，近期国际投资者加速配置非美元资产，5月份国际资金大幅回流AH股，或会重构全球资金配置，不少人形容是“东升西降”。
她指，证监会从三方面发力，包括强化作为顶级融资和财富管理平台的核心竞争力、深化内联外通、借助科技促进市场创新。当中，不少A股企业来港上市，不少表现都不错，会继续与港交所(00388.HK) 合作，推动降低交易成本。
另外，她指，对虚拟资产采用的监管理念与证券相同，除已发牌的交易所，下一步是把新的场外交易和托管机构纳入监管，近期监管当局亦已发出稳定币的监管指引。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-12 16:25。)
