国信证券发布研报称，根据Triple-A的统计数据，2024年全球数字资产交易量预计1085710亿美元、同比增长43%。全球人口中有约7%持有数字资产、同比增长33%;其中亚洲持有数字资产的人数达3.27亿、同比增长22%。2024年公司数字资产市场业务收入2.83亿元，同比增长73.3%，主要得益于交易价差上升及数字资产ETF的推出，显著提升了机构投资者的参与度。
该行续指，公司是目前亚洲唯一上市的持牌合规虚拟资产交易所，提供大宗经纪服务、数字资产托管服务、电子交易平台，并为机构客户提供SaaS 服务支持其虚拟资产交易系统。近期，公司公告计划以1500万美元收购收购Evergreen CrestHoldings Ltd 90%股权，取得其在印尼持有的加密货币与期货交易牌照。本次收购有望为OSL 提供快速进入印尼加密市场的合规通道，并拓展海外市场。
