巴西金融科技公司 Meliuz 周五在一份证券文件中表示，其通过后续股票发行筹集了 1.8008 亿雷亚尔（3239 万美元），旨在获取资金购买比特币。

　　Meliuz 称，此次发行由投资银行巴西 BTG Pactual 银行担任账簿管理人，发行价格为每股 7.06 雷亚尔，较其周四收盘价折让 5%。

　　Meliuz 增持比特币的举措源于该公司今年早些时候推出的新战略 —— 允许将现金储备配置于加密货币，并将自身定位为巴西 “首家比特币财资管理公司”。
