Saunders International (ASX:SND) said Mark Benson resigned as chief executive, effective Dec. 31, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company has launched the recruitment process for Benson's successor, the filing added.
The adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization guidance for fiscal 2025 has been revised to AU$9 million to AU$10 million, down from the previous range of AU$14 million to AU$16 million due to a delay in project awards, the filing added.
The company cut its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to AU$206 million to AU$216 million, down from the previous forecast of AU$210 million to AU$225 million.
The company said its tender activity remains strong, with the defense and resources sectors remaining the key growth drivers. Tenders under evaluation increased to AU$1.5 billion from AU$1.3 billion at Dec. 31, 2024.
The company expects these delayed projects to be awarded in the coming months, providing support for revenue recovery in the medium term, and has completed cost reduction measures in response.
